600L KIT FEATURES:
The 600L kit contains all of the equipment required to run aluminum alloy identification. Tests can be run in the shop, field or lab. Easy to use instructions contain alloy identification charts, allowing the user to see at a glance which tests to perform for accurate metal identification. The 600L kit includes a complete set of 13 reagent bottles, 2 boxes of filter paper, abrasive paper, electro-deposit apparatus, and is packaged in a rugged portable case. Metal standards provided are 1100, 2024, 3003, & 7075 aluminum. Instructions are written so that an average shop man can pick up the kit and rapidly perform metal identification. Using our electro-deposit method a test sample is obtained on filter paper in 10 seconds and a final result in about one minute.
